FOUR SEASONS

Four seasons ago.. our love started to grow,
Like a flower blooming in the spring season,
You have given me every reason to love you more than I already do,
And for it to expand and to keep going on..
Throughout the summer days,
The sun shone upon us so sweetly, in so many ways..
I couldn't get enough of you..
As these many months passed by, I can't explain why,
But our love still feels anew as it was the very first time I met you..
How did I know you would be mine?
Though here you are.. with me still and I will..
Never let you go..
For we have come to the chilly calming season of autumn,
Where the leaves start changing and the colors are rearranging themselves
And falling..
Falling so smoothly and swiftly to the ground
All around us while the love we have surrounds us
And I feel like I'm falling myself..
All over again for you.
And I could feel the chill of the wind give me a chill on my body
Whenever you lift up my chin to kiss me
Fulfilling me with such bliss that i can't easily dismiss
And I can keep on carrying it with me forever..
Soon the white winter weather comes
And we are still together keeping each other warm,
Embracing each other in our arms..
Whenever I was cold, I wanted you to be there to have and forever hold..
And in the midst of all this coldness,
We somehow were still able to keep our love alive
Inside of us even though the snow was melting,
Our love was not..
Amazingly, how it's been through the months..
Back to the time of where our happiness started
With the birds singing a sweet melody,
And the flowers growing so beautifully.
Four seasons will soon again past
And with each season that goes by,
It'll prove that we're actually meant to last.
